St. Paul Commuter permits (Year-Long and Fall-Only) are available for purchase starting Friday, August 14

Minneapolis Commuter Permits (Year-Long and Fall-Only) will be available starting Friday, August 7

Fall Student C-Pass/Bus Passes (8/16/26-12/31/26) are available in-person at both St. Paul & Minneapolis Offices starting Thursday, August 13

St. Paul - ASC 351 - Monday-Friday 8:30am-4pm

Minneapolis - TMH 110 - Tuesday & Thursday 11am-1pm

The lottery for Resident Parking Permits has been completed with a 1st lottery in May & a 2nd lottery completed July 10.

A Spring 2027 lottery will open in December 2026.

Resident permit holders can only update/register their license plates by emailing parking@stthomas.edu
