* J-Term only commuter and resident student permits are available for purchase online on Monday, December 1*

Commuters with a Year-Long, Fall, or Spring permit do not need to purchase a J-term permit.  January is included in these permits as well as the resident permit.

* Spring Semester Commuter permits (both St. Paul and Minneapolis permits) are available for purchase online now!*

(valid 1/4/26 through 5/25/26)

*Spring Semester Student C-Pass/Bus Passes (valid 1/1/26 to 6/1/26) are available in-person at both St. Paul and Minneapolis Offices.

St. Paul - ASC 351 - Monday-Friday 8:30am-4pm

Minneapolis - TMH 110 - Tuesday & Thursday 11am-1pm

* A limited number of Spring Resident Permits will be available.  The lottery "opens" on Monday, December 1 and closes Sunday, February 1 at Midnight.  Notifications will be sent by 5pm on Thursday, February 5.

* Resident permit holders can only update/register their license plates by emailing parking@stthomas.edu *
