* Spring Semester Commuter permits are valid through 5/25/26 *

(after 5/1/26, Spring Commuter Permits can no longer be purchased - instead opt for paying hourly or a daily permit)

* 2026-27 Commuter Permits (Fall and Year-long) will be available on-line mid-August 2026 * 

*Summer Student C-Pass/Bus Passes (6/1-8/15 summer 2026) are available in-person at both St. Paul & Minneapolis Offices starting Tuesday 5/26.

St. Paul - ASC 351 - Monday-Friday 8:30am-4pm

Minneapolis - TMH 110 - Tuesday & Thursday 11am-1pm

* The first run of the Resident Permit lottery was offered on May 3 * 

* The 2nd lottery for Resident Permits will open on Monday June 1 and the deadline is Wednesday, July 1 *

* Resident permit holders can only update/register their license plates by emailing parking@stthomas.edu *
