* J-Term only commuter and resident student permits are available for purchase online on Monday, December 1*

Note: Commuters with a Year-Long, Fall, or Spring permit do not need to purchase a J-term permit.  January is included in the permit already.

*UPDATE as of 12/11/25: Spring Semester Student C-Pass/Bus Passes will be available in St. Paul by 12/17 or 12/18 and in Minneapolis 1/5/26.

* A limited number of Spring Resident Permits will be available.  The lottery "opens" on Monday, December 1.  Details pending on lottery "run" date.

* Resident permit holders can only update/register their license plates by emailing parking@stthomas.edu *
