C-Pass (Bus Passes) for Spring 2026 are valid 1/1/26 for use.
As of 12/11/25, Metro Transit has a delay in processing requests and delivering Spring C-Passes/Bus Passes. Bus Passes won't be available until 12/17 or 12/18 in the St. Paul office and not until 1/5/26 in the Minneapolis offices.
Purchase Bus Passes in person at either the St. Paul or Minneapolis Parking/Transportation Office
