* Spring Semester Commuter permits are available for purchase until 5/1/26 *

(valid 1/4/26 through 5/25/26)

* 2026-27 Commuter Permits (Fall and Year-long) will be available on-line mid-August 2026 * 

*Spring Semester Student C-Pass/Bus Passes (valid 1/1/26 to 6/1/26) are available in-person at both St. Paul and Minneapolis Offices until 5/1/26.

* Summer Student C-Pass/Bus Passes will be available the last week in May 2026*

St. Paul - ASC 351 - Monday-Friday 8:30am-4pm

Minneapolis - TMH 110 - Tuesday & Thursday 11am-1pm

* The lottery for Resident Parking Permits for 2026-2027 will open on Friday, April 24 at 12:01am * 

* The deadline to enter the lottery is midnight Sunday, May 3 *

* Resident permit holders can only update/register their license plates by emailing parking@stthomas.edu *
